What can I expect during a one-on-one yoga session?

In a private session, Jessica tailors the practice to your specific needs, goals, and experience level. She will focus on areas you'd like to improve, whether that's flexibility, strength, mindfulness, or relaxation. The session is designed to be both enjoyable and challenging, helping you grow at your own pace.

Do I need to have prior yoga experience?

Not at all! The sessions are designed for all levels—from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. You will be guided through the poses, modifications, and techniques that suit your abilities and make you feel comfortable, whether it's your first time or you're looking to deepen your practice.

What should I bring or wear for the session?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows freedom of movement. You’ll also need a yoga mat, but if you don’t have one, a mat can be provided for you. It’s also a good idea to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you have any yoga props (blocks, straps), feel free to bring them, but they're not required.

What is Sivananda Yoga?

Sivananda Yoga is a traditional and holistic form of Hatha Yoga, based on the teachings of Swami Sivananda (1887–1963) and spread by his disciple Swami Vishnudevananda. This practice focuses on achieving balance in physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, integrating not only asanas (postures) but also breathing exercises, relaxation, diet, and positive thinking. Elements of Sivananda Yoga can be incorporated into your session according to your preferences.

What is the price of these Services?

Session Price: $75 a session.

Session Packages - purchase is required up front or can be paid in instalments.

  • 5 Session Package: $70 a session x 5 = $350

  • 10 Session Package: $65 a session x 10 = $650
